Opening Hours:

We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Bookings for public/bank holidays require 2 days notice. There are special rates for these days.

Hire Charges:

We have a 30 minutes minimum hire charge. Hours are calculated from pickup point to destination except where a booking is subject to specific quotations. Bank/public holidays 25% surcharge. Our wedding hire is based on 3 hours minimum local hire and is a set rate.


We reserve the right to change any car booked as long as we provide the same standard of car. The Company reserves the right to sub contract to other companies should the need arise.

Invoices/Account Charges:

Invoices will be sent out on a weekly basis and payment is respectfully requested by 7 days prior to the event.

Booking/Cancellation Charges:

All bookings must be paid in full before the hiring commences, unless stated otherwise. Any extra hours will be settled at the end of the hire. All bookings will be charged 100% if cancellation is 3 days before the date of the hire or 50% charge for 5 days before the date of the hire.

No Smoking:

We reserve the right to adopt a no-smoking policy in our cars. This applies to both driver and passengers.

Passenger Behaviour:

We reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone that causes disruption, or endangers our drivers or passengers. The hirer will be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle and/or contents however caused by hirer or guests for the full cost of repair and/or valeting.


Kingsley Chauffeurs cannot accept liability for delays caused by unavoidable traffic delays/accidents, bad weather conditions, or delays caused by third parties such as ferry companies, hotels or any other third party contracted on your behalf.

Flight delays: 

Clients will understand that where flights are delayed beyond half an hour, additional charges will be incurred. This will be at the rate of £50 per hour all inclusive. Where delays are greater than two hours, we request clients to contact Kingsley Chauffeurs (Phone : 0121 308 2130) as soon as possible. Rebooking will be on availability only. There are no refunds for cancelled flights.


We hold public liability, motor and business insurance and are responsible for all our own cars and drivers.

We do not accept responsibility for any theft or damage to goods except where such theft or damage was a direct action by one of Kingsley Chauffeurs’ employees.

We do not accept responsibility for bodily injury, sickness or death to any other person except where such injury, sickness or death is caused directly by a member of Kingsley Chauffeurs’ staff.
